Comments: The organization is dedicated to providing financial assistance to individuals, who come from low-income families and/ or have disability or critical illnesses. Our organization will be providing funds to pay for their medical bills, transportation for medical treatments, housing modifications for the handicapped, and to provide assistance in meeting everyday housing requirements such as electricity and rent. Some of the clothing will be provided to kids and adults, who cannot afford to purchase the items. The organization’s goal is to support kids’ education on Bulgarian language, literature, art and preserve and pass on the rich and vibrant Bulgarian traditions and heritage among young second generation Bulgarian community in USA.

Comments: Cooked meals will be distributed twice a week to homeless and other less fortunate individuals in Gwinnett County area, GA. The organization will ask local groceries stores and restaurants to donate food. The program is free for all individuals to come and get a hot meal, as the organization expects each week to feed at least 100 low-income individuals.
Comments: Music classes will be provided to kids, ages 5-18, helping them to develop their talents and gain experience in music playing. The organization will provide the music classes to 8 kids per week. All of the kids will participate for free. The kids will be taught how to play on a different music instrument, such as a guitar, drums and a piano. The organization will rely on professional musicians to devote their time and teach the kids for free.
Comments: A DC organization will provide to the community a nut free school for kids, ages 2-5. The organization will offer educational child care services to approximately 25 kids at the same time. The kids will be taught math, art, music and social studies, while their parents are doing their jobs. The organization will also provide Spanish and French classes, motor skills testing, speech intervention services, etc.
Comments: A Pentecostal Church is set up in Ohio to provide religious services in accordance with the Christian, Pentecostal faith and will be accomplished through worship service activity. The Worship services will be held every Sunday and conducted by the Pastor along with music and singing.
Comments: On an annual basis, the organization will host a youth athletic competition in basketball, football, soccer, baseball, etc. to encourage physical exercise and skill development for children. Age range of kids will be from 5 – 18 and will consist of both girls and boys. Activities will take place over a one week period. Program is specifically targeted towards Korean-American kids, but is open to any child who wishes to participate.
Comments: The Organization will assist Korean immigrants with all of their needs in getting accustomed to US rules, laws and surroundings. There are many Koreans in the US who do not have adequate information on US government programs, work programs, employments, the English language, etc. Many of the individuals do not have family in the US and often do not speak English. The organization will meet with new families and provide them with information about schools, government agencies, employment agencies, public transportation, etc., as well as provide translation assistance.
Comments: Organization will plant and organize churches for Christian communities in Orange County, California. The organization will hold traditional worship services. Once the regular meeting attendance reaches approximately 50 individuals, the organization will assist the individuals in setting up their own Christian church. Organization will provide the individuals with assistance on finding religious study materials, conducting regular service and growing the membership base.
Comments: A Football and Athletics Program will encourage physical exercise and good citizenship for boys and girls ages 8-17. Activities will include instruction and practice in the sports of football, and other sports that get youth active in order to encourage physical fitness and encourage them to be self-disciplined.
Comments: During the year, the organization will provide after school tutoring and mentoring for students having difficulty with school work in Wilmington, NC. The program will be open Monday through Friday. The program is free of charge and will be headed by the members of the Board of Directors. Some of the fields on which the organization will concentrate its services will be mentoring the students on responsibility, starting a career, the importance of education, respect, etc.
Comments: Organization will provide academic scholarships to high school students from North Carolina enrolling in their first year of college who aspire to attend an institution of higher education. The organization will sponsor approximately 2 students per year at an average expense of $500 per student.
Comments: The organization is dedicated to supporting charities which target youth in Silver Spring, MD area (school bands, youth sports organizations, youth mentoring and tutoring organizations, PTOs, etc). The charities benefiting from the organization’s services will be managing youth projects, such as: providing educational services, feeding the less fortunate kids, etc.
Comments: The organization will provide financial assistance to individuals who have cancer. The funds will be directly provided to local hospitals in Indianapolis, IN. The hospitals must use the funds to treat individuals with cancer. Quarterly, the organization will obtain from the hospitals a listing of the patients assisted and how much of the funds went toward each patient.
Comments: Organization from Fairfax County, VA will provide unused and unopened food leftover from school lunch programs to homeless and less-fortunate individuals once a week. The organization will solicit donations of unused and unopened food leftover from elementary school lunch programs and distribute them in the areas there is a need for (homeless shelters, etc.).
Comments: A Michigan organization is dedicated to preventing cruelty to animals, ensuring the humane treatment of the animals, ending animals’ homelessness, and providing protection to and responsible placement of animals entrusted to the care of humans.
