Comments: An organization will provide support to orphaned children living in poverty in the Philippines. The kids will be provided with the items they need to live a more comfortable life, such as food and clothing. The organization will use volunteers in the Philippines to manage the activities and the program will be headed by the board of directors who are in the US.
Comments: The organization is dedicated to supporting youth in Maricopa County, AZ area. This program will assist hospitalized kids by helping them to handle the sickness easier, to bring positive influence to these children’s lives. The organization will purchase beds for the hospitalized kids. The beds will be of great convenience for the kids, as they don’t need to move from one bed to another on their way to the surgery. The Board of Directors’ goal is to provide beds for approximately 15-20 kids per year.

Organization focuses on educating those individuals, who are interested in song writing, how to develop voices and learn how to play a musical instrument. The organization will focus on good understanding on the history of music, the art of famous composers, musical genres and instruments. The website will also provide educational music videos.
Comments: This will be an on-going program. Organization will provide school supplies to less-fortunate kids in Maricopa County, AZ. The organizaiton is determined to help approximately 540 kids at the beginning of the school year. The organization will start with providing supplies to Supai Middle School in Maricopa County, AZ. The school supplies will consist of: pens, bag packs, calculators, alarm clocks, educational materials, etc. Most of the items will be donated from local residents; however the organization will still have to buy some of the school supplies.
Comments: A PA organization will rescue homeless reptiles: lizards, alligators, snakes, iguanas, etc. and those that are in need care. The organization will provide the reptiles with shelter, food and veterinary services. The organization will also visit local schools 5-6 times per month and organize reptile exhibitions. The kids will have the chance to see some of the rescued reptiles and learn some interesting information about them.
Comments: The organization is dedicated to promoting positive interaction between children. The organization will run workshops to make kids express themselves in writing. It’s an interactive way for the kids to share their problems, seek support in each other and find possible resolutions. The workshops will take place once a week at donated space form local churches, libraries and schools in Clayton and Fulton Counties, GA.
Comments: The purpose of the organization is to promote the history of Buddhism and meditation and to implement the positives of Buddhism and meditation in the people’s daily life. Four times per year, 3 Lamas will be coming to the US to teach Tibetan Buddhism. The Lamas will do 2-3 workshops per day. Approximately 50 individuals will attend each workshop. The Lamas will usually stay for approximately 1 week on each visit. Workshops to take place in Boston, MA.
Comments: Throughout the year, a Virginia organization will have different “drives” depending on the season. During school year the organization we will have a “school drive”, providing books and school supplies to the low-income children. Some of those children will be also provided with free haircuts. During the summer season, our organization will provide the less-fortunate kids with food baskets, as they’re out of school. During Thanksgiving and Christmas time the organization will have “turkey drive” and “toys drive” activities.
Comments: An organization in Killeen, TX is gearing its efforts toward young individuals, ages 14-19, coming from single parent families and/ or one of the parents is deployed, keeping youths from dropping out of school, spending too much time in the streets and getting into legal troubles. The organization will mentor, teach, encourage and inspire youths to become productive and intelligent members of society.
Comments: The organization will assist low income, elderly, unemployed or disabled individuals, making home repairs they cannot afford. The organization will provide such services, included but not limited to: removing cracks and holes, fixing plumbing, electrical and air leaks, roof replacement, etc. The Board of Directors plans on helping 4-5 households a year in Bealeton, VA.
Comments: A team, made up of community volunteers, is dedicated to providing emergency rescue services in Robeson County, NC. The organization will provide equipment to the volunteers, disaster relief resulting from storms and other natural disasters, diving services, transportation services, when needed, etc. At the moment the organization has 35 active volunteers.
Comments: During the year, an organization in Davidson County, TN will provide free cooked meals to less fortunate and elderly individuals. The hot cooked meals will be provided to those individuals, who cannot go out and buy them. The meal distribution will take place every Thursday and approximately 300 individuals will benefit from the organization’s activities.
Comments: A NJ organization will provide instruction and practice in table tennis in order to encourage physical fitness and self-discipline. The organization’s primary focus will be handicapped kids, who want to learn how to play table tennis. The services will be provided for free and the practices will take place at least once a week.
Comments: The organization will solicit donations of professional clothing and provide it to the low-income individuals for free, so they can represent themselves at the time of the job interview in the best possible way. Later on the clothes should be returned to the organization for the next person to use them. The organization will also assist the low-income individuals with supportive career services.
Comments: The organization will support and encourage women, who are already involved in engineering and science and/ or currently are studying science and engineering to apply super productivity and become proactive in attracting more women into these fields. Each year the organization will organize 3-4 workshops in Boston, Massachusetts; Pasadena, California and Anchorage, Alaska. The students, who are currently studying science and engineering will participate for free.
Comments: The organization is dedicated to creating a strong connection with Jesus Christ by providing weekend retreats at least 4 times per year. The spiritual retreats will be offered to committed, church-going Christians. The retreats will take place in Michiana area in Indiana and Michigan and will be attended by approximately 150 participants.

Any individual is welcome to join the organization in studying and teaching the Bible and its beliefs.
Comments: Educational activities for autistic kids will be offered to the community in Harris County, TX. The organization plans on providing the learning services to at least 15 kids (ages 6-10) at the same time. The kids will be given the chance to advance in their academic education, learn some social and behavioral skills, and have some fun activities with kids their age. The center will be open 7 days a week, providing better learning conditions for children with autism.
Comments: The organization will develop a website, spreading the Word of God and evangelizing the world. This program is designed to teach the individuals about the unconditional Love of Jesus Christ. By daily ministering on the website, the organization will help the individuals understand the love of God. It is expected the website to be visited by 3,000 individuals per month. |
