Help End Human Trafficking

This 501c3 organization is working to bring change to the world of human trafficking and exploitation. They aim to reach out to women in the industry, loving them and helping them to see their value and worth; enabling them to find freedom, healing and new life in Christ Jesus. They will partner with government, local and federal police to conduct rescues of human trafficking victims and see the traffickers prosecuted. They work to fight human trafficking and the exploitation of women in three ways: Prevention, Intervention, and Restoration.


Tropical Wildlife Conservation

This charitable organization has a mission to preserve and protect all the animals of Costa Rica. They believe that there is a desperate need for a place where injured, sick, or abandoned animals and tropical wildlife can receive care in their natural habitat. They plan to fill this void by creating Costa Rica's first entirely all-inclusive one stop animal welfare center to care for both wild and domestic animals, and ensure every need is met. They also aim to educate people on sustainable solutions for the planet.


Youth Martial Arts

They will provide a training facility, certified instructors of various martial arts, training equipment and scholarships for San Diego youth ages 4 – 18 from low-income families, military families, single-parent families, foster children and homeschooled youth. They will teach Kajukenbo, Kickboxing, Kali Ilustrisimo and Arnis.

We support all sorts of under-privileged children and youth - they might be in group homes, at a domestic violence or human trafficking agency/shelter, in low income housing with or without a parent or even homeless.  They think that it is important for each child to be given something that is just theirs. Their goal is to help each child to feel special, and to give them memories that will last a lifetime.


Ecosystem Restoration

They are accomplishing their goal by creating a collection of fine-art photos, accompanied by brief life stories, and supporting audiovisual materials that will be circulated via art galleries, museums, book, e-book, and a dedicated website. This awareness creates the possibility of compassion.


Marginalized Population Awaren

To overcome the limitations of current social support systems, this 501c3 organization has written, produced and released educational documentaries (and will be producing more mini educational documentaries) highlighting the framework of comprehensive social support system for upward mobility, which promotes a coherent and integrative approach to service delivery. Their mission is to increase access to holistic, effective social supports for marginalized populations. The production and screening of these mini documentaries are being or will be held throughout the country.

Wildlife Preservation

The purpose of this 501c3 organization is to preserve and protect the wildlife and natural beauty of the Costa Rican rain forest. They will also be added to the National Registrar limiting the building of new buildings around the waterfalls, keeping the wild animal sanctuary in tact without disturbing the land. Their main goal is to prevent big developers from coming in and destroying the nature of the Costa Rican rain forest. They will be proactive in keeping the natural beauty of the falls untouched for years to come.


Theatre Troupe

They travel to surrounding nursing homes, preschools, and group homes and perform in order to inspire and liven the community. The troupe also partners with local colleges in order to provide educational opportunities to young adults.


Meditation Education

The purpose of this charity is to provide a serene and peaceful sanctuary for women to learn and participate in meditative practices. This organization offers women an opportunity to participate in longer and deeper meditations, focused spiritual study, daily introspection, and service work. Their main program provides women the opportunity to participate in the activities of a working Ashram, as well as workshops that will assist in developing their spiritual practices.


Help Transitioning

This charitable organization advocates for formerly incarcerated women, and assists with their transition back into society. They will provide housing assistance and opportunities to the families, and will mentor the women and children. They wish to highlight the importance of maintaining relationships with family, while providing the resources to help secure its foundation. They assist women before their release as well by making sure that they have access to all of the necessary legal documentation.


Agriculture Education

They will learn how to grow culturally specific plants and vegetables in the Midwestern climate. This will be a way to preserve culture, and foster a love for gardening. Horse Rescue

The organization will also sponsor the adoption and training of its rescues. They provide proven, long-term training to their rescues. They also host trail competitions, and, by doing so, are able to fund the development of properly cared for horseback riding trails.


Care for the Vulnerable

They hope to find individuals within each church that will be able to spearhead their church’s efforts. Assisting the Elderly

The main goal of their organization is to promote optimal lighting in the residences of the elderly so that quality of life is improved and the risk for falls and injuries is reduced.  They plan to raise awareness of the issue through school and community events. In order to foster implementation, certain lighting products will be made free of charge through their programs.
